These servers are shielded to the greatest extent possible to prevent unauthorised third-party access. Backups are created regularly to minimise the possibility of data loss.

11. Revocation and deletion

A request of deletion results in the blocking of your profile. Please note however, that we are bound by commercial and fiscal guidelines to store accounting records for at least 10 financial years since the ending of a general import permit.
